I am so happy I have my mom in Complete Care at Phillipsburg. She has been there for two years. She is clean, well-fed, never had a bed sore or UTI. That is a big deal! The nursing staff and those wonderful CNAs do a fabulous job. It is like a big extended family helping to care for your loved one. The whole staff is warm and caring. Also, they are very serious in their fight against Covid. Please keep doing the excellent job you are doing. God bless you all and keep you all safe.

I have been a resident at Phillipsburg Center for more than a year. I am grateful to be a resident at Complete Care at Phillipsburg. The staff are excellent and they are all good to me. I love the rehab staff. They are all good people. They are very knowledgeable. I like the activities. Thank you staff for taking care of me.

I was at the facility for a few weeks for physical therapy. I had very good care during my stay. Also, the food was excellent. My sister is a patient at this facility. She is there permanently. The staff takes very good care of her. If there are any issues the nurse calls and keep in touch. I feel comfortable having her at the center I have to say also your staff are doing an excellent job when it comes to Covid-19. I get an email weekly on the status of the virus. About once a month, I do a video chat with my sister. If I should need to in the future for physical therapy, I would go to the facility again as a preference.

From the very first day, there is a kind, compassionate CNA who has been such a blessing to my mother-in-law. More recently with COVID-19, all the staff have been going above and beyond to keep everyone safe and healthy! It’s been difficult for all but this facility has been amazing! The director personally answered my mother-in-law’s call bell on a Saturday! And came back later to ensure all her needs were met! We are very grateful for this and appreciate it! Also, the physical therapist has been outstanding with my mother-in-law!! Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts for your continued loving care throughout this pandemic. You are heroes and deserve many blessings from God!
